We transport ocean LCL cargo to a total of 20 destinations in China, Asia, and North America at packaged rates that include ocean freight, Japanese port charges, and customs clearance fees.

Remarks
| Scope of transportation | From the CFS at each port of origin to the CFS at the port of destination. Import customs clearance and pick-up after arrival at the local CFS is the responsibility of the importer. |

| Rate Setting | Includes export customs clearance charges (within 3 HS codes), loading port charges, and ocean freight charges. Pick-up charges, packing charges, customs inspection, cargo inspection fees, destination port charges, and various quarantine fees are not included. Pickup and packing can be arranged for an additional charge. Please inquire. |
| Additional export customs clearance fees | If the number of export statistics exceeds 3 items, a separate fee of ¥5,900 will be charged for each additional 4 items. |
| Export inspection fees | In case of cargo inspection designated by customs after export declaration and voluntary content inspection before declaration, separate inspection fee will be charged. |
| Storage Fees | For storage beyond 14 days from the date of delivery to the CFS warehouse, an additional charge of ¥100/RT per day will be added. |
| rate unit | We will calculate the charge by volume (M3) or weight (K.Ton), whichever is greater (R/T: Revenue Ton). |
| Export customs clearance documents | Please prepare SHIPPING INSTRUCTION/INVOICE/PACKING LIST/product description materials (catalogs, MSDS, etc.) by the customer. Customers are requested to make their own arrangements for obtaining various laws and regulations, export licenses, etc. We do not handle these procedures on behalf of our customers. |
| Shipping Mark | Please be sure to affix a shipping mark to the cargo for confirmation at the port of arrival and departure. |

| Food Cargo | Please contact us in advance. We will accept orders after confirming the conditions of acceptance in the importing country. |
| Packing Materials | When using wood as packing material, please use packing materials in accordance with the international standard ISPM NO.15. |
| Marine insurance | Please make your own arrangements under All Risk conditions with waiver of indemnification. We can also arrange this for you.(War&S.R.C.C. All Risks Condition: Minimum premium ¥3,000 per claim or CIF price 110% x 0.3%) |
| Cargo weight and size restrictions | The weight of each package must be less than 2 tons, and the height, width, and length of each package must be less than 225cm, 230cm, and 230cm, respectively. Please contact us in advance if your cargo exceeds either of the above. |
| Unacceptable Cargo | This service is not available for cargo that cannot be stacked, unpacked cargo, and steel coil cargo. |
| Transportation Liability and Damage Coverage | The Standard Conditions of Carriage of the International Freight Forwarders Association of Japan will be applied. |
