Project flow (from the start point of the project to the completion of the delivery and other projects)

1. A Chinese consumer purchasing products on EC website.
2. Order data being uploaded from Company A’s EC website onto SGJ’s system.
3. Products being prepared in Japan in accordance with order data. Labels being printed from SGJ’s system.
4. Parcels being picked up at Company A’s warehouse or being delivered to SGJ’s designated warehouse by Company A.
5. Prepare Customs document using our system, then arrange fight to China once Export clearance complete.
6. Once touch down to China, arrange Import clearance(by our agent), then once cleared customs, hand over to delivery agent for China nationwide delivery.
