Case 1 Special cargo (air export)

Project flow（From the starting point of the case to the completion of delivery）

1. Two aircraft engines were collected from Haneda Airport at a low-floor wide trailer.
2. Delivered to bonded area in Haneda Airport.
3. Export declaration in bonded area of Haneda Airport. After export permission, bonded transfer to Narita Airport.
4. Delivered to the airline at Narita Airport.
5. Air transport to Chicago Airport.

Case 2 Fashion (E-commerce Export)

Project flow（From the starting point of the case to the completion of delivery）

1. Products purchased from Chinese apps are transported from Japanese vendors to Sagawa Global Logistics (SGL) warehouse.
2. Logistics processing at SGL, including inspection, tags, and packaging, and transfer to X Frontier
3. Weighing at X Frontier.X-ray inspection, export customs clearance, and bonded transfer to Narita Airport.
4. Air transportation from Narita to China
5. After local import customs clearance, SGJ's agent transports the product within China and delivers it to the purchaser.

Case 3 Events, exhibitions

Project flow（From the starting point of the case to the completion of delivery）

1. Apply for ATA(SCC) Carne on behalf of the goods used in the event
   ※ATA(SCC) Carne: Documents used for customs clearance of goods to be used temporarily overseas.

2. After picking up the cargo from the designated address, export customs clearance will be conducted at SGJ's base using carnet.
3. Transport by air or sea to designated country.
4. After import customs clearance by Carne, carry to the designated local warehouse or event venue.
5. After the event, collection and packing, export customs clearance is conducted by Carnet for export to Japan.
6. After arriving in Japan, import customs by Carne, and delivery to warehouses.

Case 4: Overseas moving

Project flow（From the starting point of the case to the completion of delivery）

1. Confirmation of cargo by lookout, selection of transportation mode (by air or by sea), submission of quotation
2. Arrangement of pick-up and transportation schedules according to departure and assignment dates. Custom clearance document preparation.
3. Pickup from customer's residence and delivery to bonded warehouse at port or airport (temporary storage in trunk room for unused cargo)
4. Export clearance, air or maritime transport
5. Import customs clearance at overseas destinations, meeting for delivery date and time meetings, and delivery to designated destinations
