Case 1 Apparel Company A
(B to C - Door to Door)

Project flow( From the starting point of the case to the completion of delivery)

1. A Japanese consumer purchasing products on EC website.
2. Order data being uploaded from Company C’s EC website onto SGJ’s system.
3. Products being prepared in South Korea in accordance with order data. Labels being printed from SGJ’s system.
4. Parcels being picked up at Company C’s warehouse or being delivered to SGJ’s designated warehouse by Company C.
5. Prepare Customs document using our system, then arrange fight to Japan once Export clearance complete.
6. Once touch down to Japan, arrange Import clearance, then once cleared customs, hand over to Sagawa Express for Japan nationwide delivery.

Case 2 Cosmetics Company D
(B to B to C - Door to Door)

Project flow( From the starting point of the case to the completion of delivery)

1. A Japanese consumer purchasing products on EC website.*Products needs to comply with the Pharmaceutical affairs law in Japan.
2. Order data being uploaded from Company D’s EC website onto SGJ’s system.
3. Products being prepared in South Korea in accordance with order data. Labels being printed from SGJ’s system.
4. Parcels being picked up at Company D’s warehouse or being delivered to SGJ’s designated warehouse by Company D.
5. Prepare Customs document using our system, then arrange fight to Japan once Export clearance complete.
6. Once touch down to Japan, arrange Import clearance, then once cleared customs, hand over to Sagawa Express for Japan nationwide delivery.
